Summary- Using a real deer made the dissection beyond amazing. In my personal experience I have never seen a deer up close, so to have one of the legs in my hand made it an better experience. Time wise it didn't take as much time as i thought it would it only lasted 4 days. The most valuable thing i learned from it was with out ligaments and tendons we would not be able to move our body. Like when we removed the skin from the leg we got to pull the tendon and watch the foot move back and forth. Or you could do it the other way around move the foot to see the tendon move back and forth. In my opinion everything was good overall except when the leg sat over the weekend and started to develop a terrible smell. Other then that it was a good experiment.
